releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the state
to wit:

Wyoming, EXCEPTING THEREFROM the lands described in Book 349PR on
page 559 and in Book 426PR on page 10 of the records of the Lincoln County
Clerk, being fotTnerly described as the Easterly one-third (E 1/3) of Lots 1, 2 and
3 of Block 6 to the Town of Kerranerer, Lincoln County, Wyoming.
SUBJECT, however, to all reservations, restrictions, protective covenants, exceptions,
easements and rights-of-way of record, in sight, or in use.
