WARRANTY DEED
THIS INDENTURE, made the "7 "' ~' '"O/~dday of July, 2004 by and between the
NATT PEAK, L.L.C,,
a lhnited liability company organized and existing under and by virtue of the laws of
the State of Wyoming, the GRANTOR and
MARV1N L. STEED,
an unmarried man,
whose address is
as Grantee,
WITNESSETtt:
That the grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good
and valuable consideration in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does, by
these presents, gram, bargain, sell, CONVEY AND WARRANT unto the said Grantee all that
certain tract, lot, piece, and parcel of land situated in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming,
and described as follows to-wit:
Lot 18 of Hialeah Subdivision, Lincoln County, Wyoming as described on the
official plat thereof.
SUBJECT, however, to all reservations, restrictions, protective covenants, exceptions,
easemems and rights-of-way of record, in sight, or in use.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Grantor has caused these presents to be signed by its duly
authorized officer, the day and year first above written.
