KNOW ALL PERSONS BY THESE PRESENTS that PORTER INGRAM, LLC, a Wyoming
Limited Liability Company, of P.O. Box 4429, Jack'son, Wyoming, 83001, hereinafter referred to
as "GRANTOR", for and in consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other good and
w~luable consideration, receipt of which is hereby ackmowledged, CONVEYS AND
QUITCLAIMS to PI ALPINE, LLC, A Wyoming Limited Liability Company, of PO Box 4429,
Jackson, Wyoming, 83001, hereinafter referred to as "GRANTEE", all of GRANTOR'S interests
in the following described real estate situate in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, to wit:
Beginning at a point S44°20'E, 412.3 feet from the Northwest Coruer of the
SE¼SE¼ of Section 29, T37N, R118W and running t]hence N50°30'W, 106.3
feet, thence N45°0'E, 127 feet, thence N90°0'E, 127 feet, thence S40°25'W, 208
feet to the point of beginning.
Together with and including all improvements thereon and all appurtenances and
hereditaments thereunto belonging. Subject to all covenants, conditions,
restrictions, easements, reservations, and rights-of-way of sight and/or record.
FURTHERMORE, GRANTOR hereby waives and releases any and all rights that GRANTOR
may have in the aforementioned real property by virtue of, or arising under, the homestead laws
of' the State of Wyoming.
