our names, place and stead, to execute on our behalf any and all instruments and
documents, including, but not limited to, sale or purchase a~eements, exchange
agreements, exercise of option letters, deeds, closing statements, land sales contracts and
contracts for deed, promissory notes, momgages and other legal docmnents relating to the
sale, purchase, exchange, mortgage or other financing, transfer or disposition of that
parcel of real property situated in Lincoln County, Wyoming, and described as follows:
unit C-2 of the Palisades Heights Toxvnhouses, a Condominitim Addition to the
TOwn of Alpine; Lincoln'County, Wyoming, according to that plat filed in the Office of
the County Clerk on October 8, 1993 as Instrument No. 249-A.
All for such price and upon such terms as to her seem satisfactory, giving and granting
unto the said Katherine Reichert Kearney full power and authority to do and perform
every act and thing whatsoever as fully and to all intents and purposes as i might do if
personally present, hereby ratifying and confirming all that my said attorney-in-fact shall
lawfully do by virtue hereof.
