Mid'lfl'~lle Nelson, formerly known as Rhonda Michelle Burnett of the State of Nebraska, in consideration of the sum of Ten ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt whereof is hereby confessed and acknowledged has remised, released, conveyed and quitclaimed and by these presents does for her heirs, executors and administrators remis release and forever quitclaim unto James Dee Burnett, whose address is 1221 Beech Street, Kemmerer, WY 83101, all such right, title, interest, property, possession, claim and demand, as she may have or ought to have, in and to the following described premises to-wit: The Lot Numbered Four (4) in the Block Numbered Sixty-Six (66) in the Second Addition to the Town of Kernmerer, Lincoln County, Wyoming as described on the' official plat thereof Hereby releasing and waiving al rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State of.Wyoming. To have and to hold the said premises unto the said James Dee Burnett to his own proper use and behoof forever. So that neither Rhonda Michelle Nelson, nor any other person in her name of behalf shall or will hereafter claim or demand any right or title to the premises or any pa~ thereof, but they and every one of them shall by these presents by excluded and forever barred.
