KNOWN ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
THAT Duane A. Maddock has made, constituted and appointed, and by these presents
do make, constitute and appoint Cindy J. Maddock as my true and lawful attorney for me and
in my name, place and stead tO mortgage and encumber and to execute all documents, including
