and other good and valuable consideration in hand, receipt whereof,is hereby acknowledged
CONVEY AND WARRANT TO
MATTHEW J. OLCOTT AND CATI-[ERINE S. OLCOTT,
Husbfind and Wife as Tenants by the Entireties,
grantees, whose address is ?,0, Box 17/{0· Aftoa, Wy 8311.0
the following described real estate, situate in Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, hereby
releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the state
to wit:
Part of Lot 4 of Block 4 of the Town of Afton, Lincoln County, Wyoming being more
particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point which is 79,5 feet West and 82.5 feet North from the Southeast
corner of said Lot 4 and running thence west 4 rods;
thence North 1 rod;
thence East 4 rods;
thence South 1 rods to the Point of Beginning.
ALSO
Part of Lot 4 of Block 4 of the Town of Alton, Lincoln County, Wyoming being more
particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point which is 63 feet West from the Southeast comer of said Lot 4 and
running thence West 5 rods;
thence North 5 rods;
thence East 5 rods;
thence South 5 rods to the point of beginmng.
LESS AND EXCEPT the land contained in Warranty Deed recorded January 8, 1969 in
Book 85PR on page 263 of the records of the Lincoln County Clerk.
SUBJECT, however, to all reservations, restrictions, protective covenants, exceptions,
easements and rights-of-way of record, in sight, or in use.
