KNOWN ALL MEN THESE PRESENTS, 1'hat
R, SCOTT BEVAN AND MERLA BEVAN
Husband and Wife,
of the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming
in consideration of Ten and 00/100's ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration
to them in hand paid by
R. Scott Bevan
whose address is P.O. Box 51_9, Alton, WY 83110
The receipt whereof is hereby confessed and acknowledged, have remised, released, convey and
forever quitclaimed and by these presents do for my heirs, executors and administrators,
remise, release and forever quitclaim unto the said
R, SCOTT BEVAN,
a Married Person
heirs and assigns, forever, all such right, title, interest, property, possession, claim and demand as I have,
ought to have in or to all the following described premises, to-wit:
Parcel 1
Part of Section 31, T31N R118W of the 6th P,M., Lincoln County, Wyoming more particularly
described as follows:
Beginning at a point which is the Southwest corner of said Section 31 and running East 38 rods;
thence North 80 rods;
thence West 38 rods;
thence South 80 rods to the point of beginning.
LESS AND EXCEPT any land contained in Warranty Deed recorded July 16, 2001 in Book
468PR on page 647 of the records of the Lincoln County Clerk.
Parcel 2
Part of Section 31, T31N Rll8W of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming more particularly
described as follows:
Beginning at a point which is 38 rods east from the Southwest corner of said Section 31 and
running East 38 rods:
thence North 80 rods;
thence West 38 rods;
thence South 80 rods to the point of beginning.
LESS AND EXCEPT any land contained in Warranty Deed recorded May 14, 1957 in Book
22PR on page 214 of the records of the Lincoln County Clerk,
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the
State or Wyoming,
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said premises unto the said
R. Scott Bevan
heirs and assigns, to his and their own property use and behoof forever. So that neither I nor any other
person in my name or behalf shall or will hereafter claim or demand any right to title to the premises or
any part thereof, but they and everyone of them shall by these presents be excluded and forever barred.
