Each of the p~ties identified below (S'lot owners )ptU-kMs~:tpro~ty at thc
Commiss~ Ranch and at that time became a member o.f the' Com~ssa~ Ranch Land
O;~ers Association ("the Association"). Assessme~ts are due to flae Association on an
a~ual basis. According to fl~e Decimation of Covenants, Conditions ~d Restrictions
Comndssa~ Ranch ("the Decimation"), dated August 15, 1978, amd recorded in the
office of thc Lincoln County Clerk on September 6, 1978, in Book 149 PR, page 95,
record~g of a Notice of Assessment ~d Lien for non-payment of assessments results in
a lien on ~e properw of the lot owner in thvor of the Association. The Association ~nay
foreclose such lien by advertisement and sale ~der the Declaration. Pursuant to the
Decimation and this Notice of Assessment amd Lien, the Association has a Lien on thc
property of the lot o~ers in the mnounts as set fbrth in the table below.
The lot owners identified below have defaulted in the pertbrmance of the COnditions
and terms o'f the Declaration by failing to pay the assessments when due, and thus, the
power Of sale has become operative, and the Association bas declared the entire brdance
Owing for assessments and additional charges to be immediately due and payable and
elects to exercise thc power to foreclose the Lien by advertisement m~d sale as provided
in the Declaration. No suit or proceeding has been instituted at law to recover the debts
secured by the Lien or any part thereof.
The names of each of the lot owners, a description of the lots against wkich thc Lien
is being imposed, and the amount due and oxving by each lot owner are as follows:
