releasing and waiwng all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the state

Lincoln Connty, Wyoming being more particularly described as follows'
BEGINNING at a point along the North boundary line of said Lot 7 at a distance of 25 feet East
of the Northeast corner of said Lot 7; and, running theuce East along said North boundary line
of Lot 7, a distance of 35 feet;
thence running South on a line parallel to the East and West boundary lines of said Block
51, a distance of 50 feet to the South boundary line of Lot 8 of said Block 51;
thence running West along the division line of Lots 8 and 9 of said Block 51, a distance
of 35 feet;
thence running North on a line parallel with the East and West boundary lines of said
Block 51 to the North boundary line of said Lot 7, a distance of 50 feet the
PLACE OF BEGINNING.
SUBJECT, however, to all reservations, restrictions, protective covenants, exceptions,
easements and rights-of-way of record, in sight, or in use.
