hereinafter described real property by that certain mortgage dated November 25,
1996 (the "Mort.cla.qe"), and duly recorded in the records of the office of the
County Clerk and ex-officio Register of Deeds 'n and for Lincoln County, State of
Wyoming, on December 2, 1996, in/as Book 391 PR at Page.310.
The mortgage and note secured thereby were assigned for value as follows:

All in the records of the County Clerk and ex-officio Register of Deeds in and for
Lincoln County, Wyoming; and
WHEREAS, the Mortgage being in default, the undersigned Sheriff
in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, pursuant to the request and
direction of Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., acting under a power
of sale contained in the Mortgage, proceeded to advertise for sale and did sell
the hereinafter described real property on February 10, 2004, at 10:00 o'clock in
the forenoon at public vendue, at the front door of the Lincoln County
Courthouse, in the City of Kemmerer, Lincoln County, State of Wyoming; and
WHEREAS, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc.
("Successful Bidder") made the highest and best bid for the hereinafter described
real property in the sum of $73,785.00, and the said real property was then and
there sold to the Successful Bidder on February 10, 2004 ("Sale Date"); and a
Certificate of Sale was issued by the undersigned Sheriff in and for Lincoln
County, State of Wyoming, to the Successful Bidder on the Sale Date, which
Certificate of Sale was du y recorded in the records of the office of the County
Clerk and ex-officio Register of Deeds n and for Lincoln County, State of
Wyoming, on February 10, 2004, in/as Book 548 PR at Page 011;
WHEREAS, said Certificate of Sale was assigned to Federal Home
Loan Mortgage Corporation, its successors and assigns by that certain
Assignment of Certificate of Sale dated June 23, 2004 and recorded in the
records of the County Clerk and ex-officio Register of DeeCs i9 and for Lincoln

WHEREAS, no one has appeared to redeem the hereinafter
described real property under the laws of the State of VVyom~ng, and the time for
doing so has now expired;
NOW, THEREFORE, KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS
that I, Lee Gardner, Sheriff in and for said County of Lincoln State of Wyoming,
in consideration of the premises, have GRANTED BARGAINED, and SOLD,
and do hereby TRANSFER and CONVEY, to said Federal Home Loan Mortgage
Corporation, 8200 Jones Branch Drive, Maclean, VA 22102, its successors and
assigns, all right, title, and interest to the following described real property situate
in Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, to-wit:

COMMENCING at a Ivan L. Call, Registered Land
Surveyor No 274 Mueller water cap with brass
hexagon bolt at the approximate intersection of
Adams Street and Fourth Avenue;

-way of said Adams Street to a PK nail;
thence N87° -58.0'W, 49.50 feet, more or less, to the
POINT OF BEGINNING on the East line of said Lot 4;
