The mortgage and note secured thereby were assigned for value as follows: Assignee: PHH US Mortgage Services Assignment dated: November 25, 1996 Assignment recorded: December 2, 1996 Assignment recording information: Book 3'91 PR at Page 317 Assignee: Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, nc. Assignment dated: June 14, 1999 Assignment recorded: Ju y 6, 1999 Assignment recording information: Book 432 PR at Page 574 All in the records of the County Clerk and ex-officio Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln County, Wyoming; and WHEREAS, the Mortgage being in default, the undersigned Sheriff in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, pursuant to the request and direction of Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., acting under a power of sale contained in the Mortgage, proceeded to advertise for sale and did sell the hereinafter described real property on February 10, 2004, at 10:00 o'clock in the forenoon at public vendue, at the front door of the Lincoln County Courthouse, in the City of Kemmerer, Lincoln County, State of Wyoming; and WHEREAS, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc.
