AG~EMENT FOR EXTENSION OF ~AL ESTATE MORTGAGE OR DEED OF TRUST

This Agreement entered into on this 18th day of May, 2004, between CHARLES M. HARDESTY,
ANGELA M. HARDESTY, Husband and Wife, hereinafl er called "Borrower" of Lincoln County~
Wyoming, and the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, acting through Farm Service Agency, with a State Office
in Boise, Ada County, Idaho, hereinafter called the "Government;"
WHEREAS, on June 6, 2002, hereinafter called "Borrower," executed a Real Estate Mortgage or Deed
of Trust covering land in Lincoln County, Wyoming described as follows:
PARCEL #4: TOWNSHIP 27 NORTH, RANGE 120 WEST, OF THE SiXTH PRINCIPAL
MERIDIAN, WYOMING: SECTION 25: E ½ NE ¼; NW ¼ NE ¼; LOT 1
which Mortgage or Deed of Trust was recorded on June 10, 2002, as Instrument No. 881654, records of
Lincoln County, Wyoming, securing the promissory note(s) described therein evidencing loan(s) made or
insured by the Government to the Borrower;
WHEREAS, on June 6, 2002, Borrower executed a Promissory Note with the Government under the
)rovisions of which the $66,840.00 balance of the indebtedness secured by said Mortgage or Deed of Trust was
ed and extended so as to provide for annual installments over the period ending March 1, 2019, the
DUE DATE OF THE FINAL PAYMENT; and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Borrower and of the Government that the renewed and extended status
)f the obligations secured by the aforesaid Real Estate Mortgage or Deed of Trust be reflected of record,
:hereby continuing and extending the lien of said mor[gage as provided by law;
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises and other good and vMuabie considerations, it is
agreed by the parties hereto that said Real Estate Mortgage or Deed of Trust executed by the Borrower in favor
of the Government, recorded as Instrument No. 881654, recorded June 10, 2002, records of Lincoln County,
'Wyoming is hereby supplemented and amended to reflect the' renewed and extended status of the Mortgage or
Deed of Trust and the obligations secured thereby, as set forth in the Promissory Note described above and it is
agn'eed by the parties hereto that the said Mortgage or Deed of Trust is continued and extended accordingly as
