SANDRA SMITH, husband and wife, grantees, their heirs assigns forever, all such right,

That part of the SE¼SE¼ of Section 16 and that part of the SW¼SW¼ of Section 15,
T32N R119W, LincOln County, Wyoming, being part .of that tract of record in the Office
of the Clerk of Lincoln County in Book 493 of Photostatic Records on page 186, described
as follows:
BEGINNING at the northeast comer of said SE%SE %;
thence N89°-03'-28"E, 526.91 feet, along the north line of said SW¼SW¼, to a point;
thence S00°-08'-55"E, 736.63 feet, to a point on the south line of that tract of recmd in
said office in Book 493 of Photostatic Records on page 186;'
thence WEST, 527.29 feet, along said south line, to a point on the west line of said
SW%SW%;
thence continuing WEST, 318.35 feet, along said south line, to a point;
thence N00°-06'-58"W, 725.21 feet, to a point on the north line of said S E¼SE¼,
thence N89°-30'-19"E, 318.36 feet, along said north line, t-o the CORNER OF
BEGINNING;
ENCOMPASSiNG an area of 14.17 acres, more or less;

details;
all in accordance with the plat prepared to be filed m the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln
