Lincoln, and State of Wyoming, for and in consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00)
and other valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged, CONVEYS AND WARRANTS to JERRY LYNN NELSON and JULEEN
NELSON, husband and Wife, AND RANDY NELSON and DARLA NELSON, husband
and wife, tenants in common, grantees of County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, the
following described real estate situate in County of Lincoln and State of Wyoming,
hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by vi~ue of the homestead exemption
laws of the State, to-wit:

DOCUMENT BY REFERENCE AND INCORPORATION
AS IF FULLY SET FORTH HEREIN.
Together with all water rights, mineral rights, improvements and appurtenances
thereon situate or in anywise appertaining thereunto. Subject, however, to all
reservations, restrictions, exceptions, easements and rights-of-way of record or in use.

Photostatic Records on page 35, described as follows:
BEGINNING at a spike on the west line of said Section 7, S00°-05'-00"W, 187.05 feet
from the northwest corner of said NV2NW¼;
thence N89°-45'-54"E, 648.00 feet, along the south line of that tract of record in said
Office in Book 189 of Photostatic Records on page 005, in part, to a point;
thence N00°-05'-00"E, 187.05 feet, to a point on the north line of said Section 7;
thence N89°-45'-54"E, 1332.76 feet, along said north line to a position on the centerline of
the North Canal;
thence coursing said thread as follows:
S34°-13'-07"E, 34.76 feet to a position;
S34°-28'-46"E, 88.22 feet to a position;
S28°-33'-37"E, 308.20 feet to a position;
' S50°-52'-46"E, 55.57 feet to a position;
S50°-09'-28"E, 39.14 feet to a position;
S64°-16'-29"E, 27.12 feet to a pipe and leave said centerline;
thence N89°-55'-30"W, 2295.80 feet, along an existing fence line, in part, to a spike on the
west line of said Section 7;
