This Assignment of Mortgage is dated July 14, 2004, bet~veen Harris Trust and Savings Bank as trustee tbr Zions
Small Business Loan Trust 1998-A (referred to below as "Assignor"), with post office address of 311 West
Monroe Street, 12th Floor, Chicago, IL 60606; and Zions First National Bank (referred to below as "Assignee"),
whose address is #1 South Main Street, Suite 700, Salt Lake City, UT 84111.
Mortgage. Charles Terrence Hastings and Angela Gae Hastings mortgagors executed and granted to Zions First
National Bank nmrtgagee, whose interest was further assigned to Harris Trust and Savings Bank as trustee for Zions
Small Business Loan Trust 1998-A, the following described Docmnents dated November 19, 1996 (the "docun~ents"),
which have been recorded in Lincoln County, State of Wyoming real property records as follows:
Mortgage recorded November 20, 1996 as Entry No. 829421, Book 390, Page 735.
Property Description. The Mo~xgage covers the following described real property the "Real Property") located in
Lincoln County, State of Wyoming:
Part of Lot 4 of Block 23 of the Afion Townsite, Lincoln County, Wyormng more particularly described as
follows: Beginning at a point 6 rods South of the Northeast corner of said Lot 4 and rmmmg thence West 10
rods; thence South 6 rods; thence East 10 rods; thence North 6 rods to the point of begimfing.
The Real Property or its address is commonly -known as 468 Monroe, Aflon, WY 83110.
Assignment of Mortgage. For Valuable Consideration, Assignor hereby assigns and conveys to Assigmee all of
Assignor's right, title, and h~terest in and to the above described docmnents including any subsequent modifications,
together with all of Assignor's right, title, and interest in and to the Promissory Note or Notes (or other credit agreements)
secured by these documents.
In witness whereof, assignor has executed this Assignment of Mortg:~ge on July 14, 2004.
