THIS INDENTURE, made the 19 day of July, 2004 by and between the
FEDERAL HOME LOAN MORTGAGE CORPORATION,
a corporation organized and existing under and by virtue of the laws of
the United States of America, the GRANTOR and
THOMAS W. LARKIN, JR. AND DOROTHY G. LARKIN,
Husband and Wife,
whose address is P.O. Box 3308, Alpine, WY 83128
as Grantee,
WITNESSETH:
That the grantor,-for and in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good
and valuable consideration in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does, by
these presents, grant, bargain, sell, CONVEY AND WARRANT only as against all claiming
by, through or under it unto the said Grantee all that certain tract, lot, piece, and parcel of land
situated in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, and described as follows to-wit:
Lot 7 of the Corsi Ranchettes Subdivision, Lincoln County, Wyoming as
described on the official plat thereof.
SUBJECT, however, to all reservations, restrictions, protective covenants,
exceptions, easements and rights-of-way of record, in sight, or in use.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Grantor has caused its corporate seal to be hereunto affixed, and
these presents to be signed by its duly authorized officer, the day and year first above written.
