releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead' exemption laws of the state

Wyoming, being more particularly described as follows:

easterly line to the Southeast comer of said Lot 6, a distance of 70.49 feet;
thence S 70o53' 12" W, 64.21 feet;
thence N 52o27'59.' W, 53.30 feet to the westerly line of said Lot 6;
thence N 31°39'39'' E, 57.04 feet along the westerly line of said Lot 6 to the corner
common to Lots 5 and 6;
thence N 17°34'17'. E, along the westerly line of Lot 5 (a l~A'' dia. steel fence post);
thence S 78o50'52'' E, 105.53 feet to the easterly line of said Lot 5 (a 1% dia. steel
fence post);
thence S 17°34'17.' W, along the easterly line of said Lot 5, a distance of 30.14 feet to
the POINT OF 'BEGINNING.
SUBJECT, however, to all reservations, restrictions, protective covenants, exceptions, easements
and rights-of-way of record, in sight, or in use. .
