AND POWER OF ATTORNEY

LISA CHAPARRO, tenants by the entireties, record owner(s) of fii'e ',i~dl p)°Pe?ty:~i~own as 709 NORTll 80
EAST WASIHNGTON STREET, AFTON, WY 83110, in the County of LINCOLN, State of ~;VYOMING,
(herein referred to as the "Property'', hereby name and appoint LANDAMERICA ONESTOP, Inc., a Vi(ginia
corporation with its office located at 744 West Lancaster Avenue, Two Devon Square, Wayne, PA 19087
(hereinafter referred to as" Onestop" or its Agent) as Attorney-in-Fact for me/us, and in my/om' name(s) in
connection with the sale of the Property, to perform any of the following actions:
1. I/we authorize LandAmerica OnestOp, Inc. or its agents to sign any closing documents on our behalf to pay all of
the proceeds from the sale of the above property to LandAmerica Onestop, Inc.
Enter an agremnent of sale or a contract of the sale of tile Property to third-party grantee(s) in which case Onestop
is authorized to complete the Deed or other evidence of tithe by inserting therein the name or names of the
grantees and deliver the same and all ot!~er required documents to the grantor.
3. Execute in my/our names such documents as may be necessary and required in connection with the sale of tile
Property including, without limitation, any Deed, Affidavits and Closing State~nents.
Receive all of the proceeds arising out of the sale of the Property including, without limitation, tile retired of any
escrow fimds or other ~nortgage pay~nents and Onestop is ftmher authorized to deposit in its account and for its
own use, any deposit, proceeds of sale or mortgage or other rel:'und check received by it.
I/we hereby aclmowledge that Onestop is entitled to receive and deposit all of the afbrementioned tim& by virtue
of credits given to me/us by Onestop througl'~ my/our employee relocation program.
5. Effect a purchase of the Property in tile name of Onestop iii which case Onestop is hereby authorized to insert its
name as Grantee in the Deed.
THIS Power of Attorney and Assigqmlent of Proceeds is irrevocably vested in Onestop and shall not be affected by
~ny/our death(s) or disability(les) and I/we hereby fi.ther renounce forever all rights to revoke this Power of Attorney and
Assignment of Proceeds.
