KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that The B~a'nk!~:f~taiYVall~yfk Wyoming
Banking Corporation, does hereby cerhfy that a certmn mortgage belinng the date'oPJanuary 21,
2004 executed by, Corey R. Miles and Michelle Miles, husband and wife, a mortgage conveying a
lien on certain real estate therein described as security for the payment of $200,000.00 which
mortgage was recorded in the office of the County Clerk and Ex-Officio Register of Deeds of
Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on the 33rd day of February 2004 in Book 547PR of
Mortgages, at Page 347 as document number 897001 and pertaining to the following described
real estate in said County, to-wit:
"PROPERTY DESCRIBED IN SAID MORTGAGE."
The note secured thereby and the aforementioned debt is fully paid, satisfied, released, and
discharged and in consideration thereof the said mortgagees do hereby release and quitclaim unto the
said mortgagors the premises thereby conveyed and mortgaged.
