Heiner Family Revocable Trust dated Janua~ 15, 1992,' ¢~'5¢¢~. of ~h'aype, Lincoln County, Wyoming, in consideration of Ten and No/100 Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt of which is acknowledged, conveys and quitclaims unto, Darrell W. Benshoof and Norma ,.lean Benshoof, husband and wife, as tenants by the entireties, of Bedford, Lincoln County, Wyoming (mailing address: PO Box 1186, Thayne, WY, 83127) grantees, all right, title, interest, properly, possession, claim and demand in or to all the following described premises, to-wit: The Benshoof property, as referred to in the Deed recorded in Book 463PR, on Page 377 and a portion of the Glenn W. Heiner Trust property, as referred to in the Affidavit recorded in Book 463PR, on Page 762, within the SE1/4SW1/4 of Section 8, T34N, R118W, of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming, the metes and bounds being more padicularly described as follows: BEGINNING at a cotton Ginn Spike marking a Point in the South line of said SE1/4SW1/4, also being the Southwest corner of Speth property, as referred to ~n the Deed recorded in Book 504PR, on Page 103, with said Office, said point being 261.37 feet N89°39'34"W, from the B.LM. type Monument marking the Baker Engineers PE/LS 698 location for the Southeast Corner of said SE1/4SW1/4; thence N89°39'34"W, continuing along said South line, 417.47 feet to the Cotton Gin Spike marking the Southwest corner of said Benshoof property; thence N1°18'46"E, along the West line of said Benshoof property and it's Northerly prolongation, 417.45 feet to an Aluminum Cap on Iron Pipe; thence S89°39'34"E parallel with said South line 417.47 feet to an Aluminum Cap on Iron Pipe marking a point in the West line of the Speth property, as referred to in the Deed recorded in Book 504PR, on Page 103, with said Office; thence S1°18'46"W, along said West line, 417.45 feet to the Point of Beginning, containing 4.000 Acres of land. SUBJECT TO: A 30-feet wide Right-of-Way Easement along the South portion of the above described Parcel, for Lost Creek County Road 12-120 as referred to in the Right-of-Way Easement, recorded in Book 169PR, on Page 414, with said Office. TOGETHER WITH and SUBJECT TO: The Easement, as referred to in the Easement for Ingress and Egress and Utilities, recorded in Book 552PR, on Page 826, with said Office. Hereby releasing and waiv.!ng all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming. WITNESS my hand as of this 10th day of May, 2004.
