other Good and Valuable Considerations in hand paid, receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged, CONVEY AND WARRANT TO:
Arlo R. Miller and Dianne M. Miller
husband and wife as tenants by the entireties
grantees, whose mailing address is P.O. Box 257, Afton, WY 83110,
the following described real estate situatoe in Lincoln County
and State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights
under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State
to-wit:
The North one-half of the Southwest Quarter of the
Northeast Quarter' (N½SW¼NE~) of Section 22, Township
32 North, Range 119 West of the 6th P.M., Lincoln
County, Wyoming, together with ali. improvements,
buildings and appurtenances thereon situate or in
anywise appertaining thereto
SUBJECT, however, to all restrictions, reservations,
easements and rights-of-way of record, of sight or
in use.
