the following described real estate, situate in Lincoln County and .State of Wyoming, hereby
releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of thc homestead exemption laws of the state

described on Exhibit A prepared by Marlowe A Scherbel labeled."Description for Blake
Maroni Angell and Cindy Fay Angell, Angell Tract-Revised" dated 25 February 2004;

This is a boundary adjustment, Grantor warrants title to that part of the described land lying
outside of land previously conveyed to Grantee in instrument recorded March 31, 2004 in Book
551PR on page 151 of the Official Records of Lincoln County Clerk.
SUBJECT, however, to all reservations, restrictions protective covenants, exceptions, easements
and rights-of-way of record, in sight, or in use.

of Photostatic Records on page 151, described as Follows:
BEGINNING at the northeast point of said tract in Book 551, on the east line of said
NW¼NW¼, S00°-19'-33"E, 428.18 feet fi'on] the northeast corner thereof;
thence S00°-19'-33"E, 395.00 feet, along said cast line, to the southeast point of said tract;
thence continuing S00°-19'-33"E, 329.00 feet, to a point;
thence S89°-39'-00"W, 1323.11 feet, parallel with the north line of said NW¼NW¼, to a
spike on the west line of said NW¼NW¼;
thence N00°-26'-36"W, 329.00 feet, along said west line, to the southwest spike of said
