William Claye aka Bill Claye has tenancy by the entirties with me in land in Lincoln County, Wyoming, more particularly described as follows: · Beginning at a point Which is 100 rods North, and 20 rods West from the Southeast corner of Section 10, T2$N, R119W, 6th P.M., Wyoming, and running thence North 475 feet; thence East 128 feet, thence North 105 feet; thence West 438 feet; thence South $80 feet; thence East 300 feet to the place of beginning. Containing an area of 4.37 acres, more or less, together with water and ditch rights thereunto appertaining. Also, an access easement, unfenced, along the North line of the plot that lays to the East ' from the North-East corner of the above described acreage. A copy of the Warranty Deed creating the tenancy by the entirties, recorded in the Lincoln County, Wyoming land records in Book 24ipR at Page 292, on August 5, 1986, is attached hereto. 2. William Claye aka Bill Claye has tenancy by the entirties with me in land in Lincoln County, Wyoming, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point 100 rods North and 3 rods West of the Southeast corner of Section 10, T 35N, Rl l9W, 6th P.M., Wyoming, and running thence West 17 rods; " thence NOrth 20 rods; thence East 17 rods; thence South 20 rods to the place of beginning, together with all tenements, hereditaments, and appurtenances thereon situate or in anywise appertaining thereunto. A copy of the Warranty Deed creating the tenancy by the entirties, recorded in the Lincoln County, Wyoming land records in Book 306PR at Page 13, on January 8, 1992, is attached hereto. 4. William Claye. aka Bill Claye has tenancy by the entirties with me in land in Lincoln County, Wyoming, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point which is 91 rods North and 3 rods West of the Southeast corner of Section 10, T35N, Rl l9W, 6th P.M., Wyoming, and running thence West 37 rods, thence North 9 rods, thence East 37 rods, thence South 9 rods to the place of beginning. A copy of the Decree.Establishing Right and Title to Property creating the tenancy by the entirties, recorded in the Lincoln County, Wyoming land records in Book 308PR at Pages 597 an,d 598, on April 8, 1992, is attached hereto. 5. I, Rita Claye aka Rita $. Claye aka Rita N. Claye, the surviving spouse of William Claye aka Bill Claye, hereby certify that William Claye aka Bill Claye died on April 22, 1997.
