Comes now, Paul N. Scherbel of Big Piney, County of Sublette, State of Wyoming, who being
duly sworn on oath according to law, does hereby make the following statement of hcts and
affims:
1. That he is a Professional Land Surveyor under the laws of the State of Wyoming with
registration no. 164'.
2. That he has personal knowledge of the Spring Canyon Ranch and Spring Canyon Ranches
Subdivisions in Sections 11 and 12 of T24N, R116W, Lincoln County, Wyoming having
personally performed part of the land surveying involved.
3. That the description of the "access road to Spring Canyon Ranch through Sec. 12, T24N,
R116W" as surveyed by Charles A. Johnson, Professional Land Surveyor with registration
no. 347 as of record in the Grant of Easement of record in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln
County in Book 188 of Photostatic Records on page 411 is poorly written and has errors
consisting of two omitted calls plus an incorrect call. for the section corner of termination.
4. That a more correct description is attached as Exhibit "A" to replace the indented description
contained in 188PR411.
5. That this affidavit is prepared fbr the purpose of giving public notice to the discrepancies
hereby noted in accordance with Wyoming Statutes, 1999, as amended, Section 34-11-101.
The foregoing instrument was acknowledged before me by Paul N. Scherbel on this 16th day of
August~ 2001.

Description for an Easement for an Access Road to Spring Canyon Ranch through Sec. 12,
T24N, R116W, Lincoln County, Wyoming
To-wit:--
A strip of land sixty (60) feet in width, thirty (30) feet on each side of the following described
center-line being part of the N½NE% of Section 12, T24N, R116W, Lincoln County, Wyoming:
BEGINNING at a point of the west line of said N½NE¼, S00°-48'-58"E or S00°-49'-18"E,
440.04 feet from the north one-quarter corner of said Section 12, the northwest corner of said
N½NE¼;
thence S78°-00'-00"E. 193.17 feet;
thence N27°-02'-55"E, 160.00 feet;
thence N70°-12'-00"E, 468.44 feet;
thence S68°-16'-02"E, 217.30 feet;
thence S65°-40'-19"E, 1575.26 feet;
thence S59°-34'-21"E, 356.71 feet to an intersection with the east line of said N½NE¼, S00°-
44'-59"E, 1134.64 feet from the northeast comer of said Section 12;
with a total length of 2970.88 feet and encompassing 178,252.80 square feet of 4.092 acres;
each corner found as described in the Corner Record filed in said Office.
All in accordance with the plat prepared titled, "PLAT OF EASMENT PLAT OF AN
EASEMENT FOR AN ACCESS ROAD TO SPR/NG CANYON RANCH THROUGH Sec. 12
T24N, R116W" filed in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County as Plat No. 300-A.
