Note of even date herewith, do hereby mo~gage to Charles Larkin Nunn,
mo~gagee, of P.O. Box 228 Aflon, ~ 83110, the following described real
estate, situated in Lincoln County, Wyoming, to-wit:
The Lot Numbered Seven (7) of Block Numbered Forty-Nine (49) in the Second
Addition to the Town of Kemmerer, Lincoln County, Wyoming as described on
the official plat thereof
The mortgagors agree to pay the indebtedness hereby secured, and to pay all
taxes and assessments on said premises during the life of the mortgage, in favor
of and payable to said mortgagee and in case the mortgagor fails to pay such,
the mortgagee shall pay said taxes and assessments, and all sums paid shall by
added to and become part of the same rate.
In case default shall by made in the payment of tl~e above sum hereby secured,
when the same shall become due and payable then the whole indebtedness shall
become due and payable, and the mortgagee may proceed, pursuant to law, to
foreclose on and sell said property.
Hereby relinquishing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead
laws of said state.
