STAR VALLEY RANCH ASSOCIATION hereby certifies that pursuant
to its Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions, which states, failure to pay
the Assessments result in a lien in favor of the Star Valley Ranch Association. With
respect to the subject property, a certain Notice of Assessment Lien recorded March 6,
_2.002, Book 484 PR, Page. 635 was in the office of the County Clerk and Ex-officio
Register of Deeds in Lincoln County, Wyoming and the said lien is fully paid, satisfied,
released, .and discharged with regard to the property owned X or being purchased
by Randy A. Thompson and Lora Williams, P. O. Box 1538, Thayne_, WY
83127, described below, and in consideration thereof; the Star Valley RanCh Association
does hereby release the premises thereby affected. The subject property is more
particularly described as follows:

Lincoln County, Wyoming
