TERI BOWERS, husband and wife, tenants by the entireties, grantors of County of
Lincoln, and State of WyOming, for and in consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00)
and other valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged, have hereby remised, released and forever quitclaimed unto the said
TERI BOWERS, grantee, all such right, title, interest, property, possession, claim and
demand, as they may have or ought to have, in or to all the following described
property, to-wit:
Beginning at the Northwest corner of said Section'33, T 33 N, R
118 W, 6'h P.M., Wyoming, and running thence North 88o39.5' East
(S 89o 43' E Record), 198.42 feet, thence South 00o09' West
1309,60 feet, thence North 89o58.5' West 198 feet, thence North
00.08' East Base Bearing 1304.87 feet along west line of said
Section 33 to the corner of beginning. EXCEPTING that Tract of
record in the office of the Clerk of Lincoln County in Book 157 of
P.R. on Page 127, lying in the Southwest Corner of the foregoing
parcel.
SUBJECT TO all easements, exceptions, restrictions, reservations and
rights of way of sight of record.
Together with all water rights, mineral rights, improvements and
appurtenances thereon situate or in anywise appertaining thereunto.
Subject, however, to all reservations, restrictions, exceptions, easements
and rights-of-way of record or in use.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the
homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming.
