to them in hand paid the racaipt whereof is hereby confessed and acknowledged, have remised, released,

page 348, described as follows:
Beginning at a spike on the we~t line of said GLO Lot 4, S 00°42'33" E, 477.37 feet from, the
northwest corner of said GLO Lot 4, found as described in the Corner Record filed in said
Office;
thence continuing S 00°42'3Y' E, 477.37 feet, along said west line, to a point;
thence N 89009'06.' E, 365.00 feet, along a line parallel with the north line of said GLO
Lot 4, to a point;
thence N 00°42'33" W, 477.37 f~t, along a line parallel with the said west line, to a
point;
thenc~ S 89°09'06" W, 365,00 feet, along a line parallel with said north line, to the
spike of beginaing.
Hereby releasing and waiving all right~ under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the
