WARRANTY DEED
THIS INDENTURE, made the ~ day of August, 2004 by amd between the
MOUNTAIN MEADOW LOG HOMES, LLC,
a limited liability company organized and existing under and by virtue of the laws of
the State of Wyoming, the GRANTOR and
WILLIAM L. BOICE AND JAN BOICE,
Husband and Wife as Tenants by the Entireties,
whose address is 1480 Geronimo Road, St: George, UT 84790
as Grantee,
WITNESSETH:
That the grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good
and valuable consideration in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does, by
these presents, grant, bargain, sell, CONVEY AND WARRANT unto the said Grantee all that
certain tract, lot, piece, and parcel of land situated in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming,
and described as follows to-wit:
Lot 43 of Bridger View Ranches, Lincoln County, Wyoming as described on the
official plat thereof.
SUBJECT, however, to all reservations, restrictions, protective covenants, exceptions,
easements and rights-of-way of record, in sight, or in use.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Grantor has caused these presents to be signed by its duly
authorized officer, the day and year first above written.

said instrument to be the free act and deed of said limited liability company.
