KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENT:
That WE, the undersigned, Leron Il. Allred and RosaLyn P. Allred,("Grantor' ') ~or.a':' 'goof"afl8
valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, do hereby grant, convey and
wmTant unto Lower Valley Energy, a Cooperative Corporation, o ¢ A Ron and Jackson, Wyoming
and to its successors and assi~s, CGrantees"), a perpetual easement and right of way for the
construction and continued maintenance, repair, alteration arm replacement of the electric
distribution circuits, lines and equipment of the Grantee to be constructed and maintained under,
upon and across the premises of Grantor in Lincoln Cotlnty, State o¢~Vyoming, along a line
described as follows, to wit:
BEING a part of the SW1/4SW1/4 of Section 4 and the SL1/4SEI/4'? of Section 5, T32N,
R119W in Lincoln Connty, Wyoming more accurately described as lbllows:
BEGINNING at the northwest corner of said SW1/4SW1/4;
Thence east 410 feet to a point. .
Beginning at the northeast corner of said SE1/4SE1/4;
Thence west 10 feet to a point.
Easement to inclnde 20 feet south of described lines.
Together with all necessary and reasonable rights of ingress and egress and to excavate and refill
ditches and trenches for the location and repair of said facilities and to cut, trim, spray herbicides, or
remove trees, shrubbery, undergrowth or other obstructions interfering with the repair and
maintenance of the facilities. The Grantor acknowledges that Electric and Magnetic Fields (EMF)
are narurally occurring in the transmission or distribution of electricity, and that the Grantee has
here notified Grantor that EMF testing and information is available upon request i¥om the Grantee.
This Easement by Grantor is intended to include so much space as is necessary or appropriate to the
presence of EMF and reasonable operation of the Grantee's transmission or distribution lines. The
undersigned agrees that all wires and other facilities, installed on the above described lands at the
Grantee's expense shall remain the property of the Grantee, removable at the option of the Grantee.
We hereby release and waive all rights under and by virtue of the Homestead Exemption I.aws of
the said State.
