KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENT:

That WE, the Lmdersigned, Custom Construction, Inc. ("Grantor") for a good and valuable
consideration, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, do hereby grant, convey and wan'ant
unto Lower Valley Energy, a Cooperative Cmporation, oration and Jackson, Wyoming and to its
successors and assigns, ("Grantees"), a perpetual easement and right of way for the construction and
continued maintenance, repair, alteration and replacement of the electric distribution circuits, lines
and equipment of'the Grantee to be construCted and maintained tinder, upon and across the
premises o F Grantor in Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, along a line described as follows, to
wit:
BEING portions of Lot 5 and Lot 9, Townsite of Bedford, Block 12 Second Filing, of the
Bedford Townsite, Lot 2, Block 12, of Section 29, T34N, RI 18W, 6th P.M. Lincoln County,
Wyoming more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point being the NW corner of said Lot 5;
Thence S 0° 41' 45" W, 117.62 feet to a point and also begiuning at a point 130.72 feet East of
the NW corner of said Lot 9;
Thence S 0° 40" 59" W, 66 feet to a point.
Easement to include strips of land 20 feet in width rnnning parallel with described lines.
TOgether with all necessary and reasonable rights of ingress and egress and to excavate and refill
ditches and trenches for the location and repair of said facilities and to cut, trim, spray herbicides, or
remove trees, shrubbery, undergrowth or other obstructions interfering with the repair and
maintenance of the facilities. The Grantor acknowledges that Electric and Magnetic Fields (EMF)
are naturally occurring in the transmission or distribution of electricity, and that the Grantee has
here notified Grantor lhat EMF testing and information is available upon request from the Grantee.
This Easement by Grantor is intended to inclnde so much space as is necessary or appropriate to the
presence o['EMF and reasonable operation of the Grantee's transmission or distribution lines. The
undersigned agrees that all wires and other facilities, installed on the above described lands at the
Grantee's expense shall remain the property of th"e' Grantee, removable at the option of the Grantee.
We hereby release and waive all rights under and by virtue of the Homestead Exemption Laws of
the said State.
