That I, the m~dersigned, Rachel Warren, ("Grantor") for a good and valuable consideration, 17he
receipt of wkich is hereby aclcnowledged, do hereby grant, convey and warrant unto Lower Vtdley
Energy, a Cooperative Cml)oration, of Aflon and Jackson, Wyoming and to its successors and.
assigns, ("Grantees"), a perpetual easement and right of way lbr the construction and continued
maintenance, repair, alteration and replacement of the electric distribution circuits, lines and
equipment 6f the Grantee l:o be constructed and maintained under, upon and ..across the premis es o
Grantor in Lincoln Courtly, State of Wyoming, along a line described as follows, to wit:
BEING a part of Star Valley Ranch, Plat 15, Lot 30., qection 19, T35N, Rll8W hi Lh~eoln
County more accurately described as follows:
BEGINNING at the most north corner of said Lot 30;
Thence S 2'~ W, 70 feet to a transformer location.

Easement to include 10 feet on each side' of described line.
Together with all necessaj'5, an~ reasonable rights of ingress and egrkss and to excavate and refill
ditches and trenches fo-r the: location and repair of said fhcilities and to cut, trim, spray herbicides, ~r
remove trees, sba'ubbery, undergrowth or other obstructions interfering with the repair and
maintenance of the faciliti:s. The Grantor acl, mowledges that Electric ~md Magnetic Fields
are naturally occurring in lhe transmission or distribution of electricity, and that the Grantee h.as
here notified Grantor that EMF testing and information is available upon request fi'om the Gnmte~.
This Easement by Grantor is intended to include so much space as is necessary or appropriate to tl e
presence of EMF and reas.anable operation of the Grantee's transmission or distribution lines. Th~:
undersigned agrees that allt wires and other facilities, installed on the above described lands at the
Grantee's eXpense shall remain the Property of tiie Grantee, removable at the option of the Grantee;.
We hereby release and waive all rights under and by virtue of the Homestead Exemption Laws ot
the said State.
