and other good and valuable consideration in hand, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
CONVEY AND WARRANT TO
W. MARK SULOFF AND STEPItANIE SU1.OFF,
Husband and Wile as Tenants by the Entireties,
grantees, whose address is P.O. Box 1132 Afton, Wy 83110
the following described real estate situate in Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, hereby
releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the state
to wit:
Part of Lot 2 of Block 11 to the Town of Alton, Lincoln County, Wyoming, being more
particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the West boundary line of said Block 11 that is 11 rods South
of the Northwest Corner of said Block 11:
and running thence East, on a line perpendicular to said West boundaw line 14
rods, more or less, to the West boundary line of thc Van I. ltokanson
property contained in Wan'anty Deed recorded March 29, 1973 in Book
104PR on page 47 of the records of the Lincoln County Clerk;
thence South, on a line parallel to the West boundary line of said Block, 8 rods;
thence West, on a line perpendicular to the West boundary line of said Block 14
rods, more or less, to said West boundary line;
thence North, along said West boundary line, 8 rods to rite point of beginning.
SUBJECT, however, to all reservations, restrictions, protecuve covenants, exceptions,
easements and rights-of-way of record, in sight, or in use.
