Maxine Heiner, Trustee of the Glenn W. Heiner Family Revocable Trust dated January 15,
1992, of Thayne, Lincoln County, Wyoming, grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten and
No/100 Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, CONVEYS and WARRANTS only as against all claiming by, through or under her
to Gary P. Clark and Tina H. Clark, husband and wife, as tenants by the entireties, of PO Box
1171, Thayne, WY 83127, grantees, the following described real estate, situate in the County of
Lincoln, State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the
homestead exemption laws of the State, and more particularly described as follows, to-wit:
The Clark property, as referred to in the Deed recorded in Book 391PR, on Page 5
and a portion of the Glenn W. Heiner Trust property, as referred to in the Affidavit
recorded in Book 463PR, on Page 762, with the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln
County, Wyoming, within the SE1/4SE1/4 of Section 7, T34N, R118W, of the
6th:P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming, the metes and bounds being more padicularly
described as follows:
BEGINNING at the Iron Pipe marking the Southeast corner of the Flud properly, as
referred to in the Deed recorded in Book 475PR, on Page 656, with said Office,
being a Point in the South line of said SE1/4SE1/4, said Point of Beginning, being
770.33 feet S89°56'16"W, along said South Line, from the B.L.M. type Monument
found marking Baker Engineers PE/LS 698, 1971 location for the Southeast Corner
of said SE1/4SE1/4; thence S89°56'16"W, continuing along said South line, 385.16
feet to the Iron Pipe marking the Southeast corner of the Quinn R. Heiner and
Carolyn S. Heiner Trust property, as referred to in the Deed recorded in Book
'407PR, on Page 81; thence N0°41'14"E, along the East line of last said Heiner Trust
property and it's Northerly prolongation, parallel with the East line of said
SEI/4SE1/4, 452.40 feet to an Aluminum Cap on Iron Pipe; thence N89°56'16"E,
parallel with the South line of said SE1/4SE1/4, 385.16 feet to an Aluminum Cap on
Iron Pipe; thence S0'~41'14"W, parallel with last said East line, to and along the West
line of said Flud property with said Office, 452.40 feet to an Iron Pipe marking a
Point in the South line of said SE1/4/SE1/4; thence S89°56'16"W, along said South
line, 385.16 feet, to the Point of Beginning, containing 4.000 Acres of land.
SUBJECT TO: A 30-feet wide Right-of-Way Easement, along the South portion of the
above described Property, for Lost Creek County Road 12-120 as referred to in the
Right-of-Way, recorded in Book169PR, on Page 414, with said Office.
TOGETHER WITH and SUBJECT TO: All Covenants, Easement, Restrictions,
Reservations, Rights-of-Way and Improvements of sight and or record.

and which executed the foregoing instrument; that said instrument was signed and sealed on behalf
of said trust; that said trustee had the authority under the terms of the written trust instrument to
execute the instrument on behalf of the trust; and said trustee acknowledged said instrument to be
the free act and deed of said trust.
