No/100 Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, CONVEYS and WAR~NTS only as against all claiming by, through or under her to
Stacey G. Heiner and Tammy C. Heiner, as Trustees of the Stacey G. and Tammy C. Heiner Family
Trust dated March 15, 2004, grantees, the following described real estate, including the easement
described below situate in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all
rights under and by viAue of the homestead exemption laws of the State, and more particularly
described as follows, to-wit:
The Stacey and Tammy Heiner property, as referred to in the D~ed recorded in Book
441PR, on Page 397 and a portion of the Maxine Heiner property, as referred to in the
Affidavit recorded in Book 463PR, on Page 762, with the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln
County Wyoming, within the Sl/2SWl/4 of Section 8, T34N, R118W, of the 6th P.M.,
Lincoln County, Wyoming, the metes and bounds being more particularly described as
follows:
BEGINNING at the B.L.M. type Monument marking the Baker Engineers PE/LS 698,
1989 location for the Northeast Corner of the NWI/4NWI/4 of Section 17 of said T34N,
R118W; thence N89°39'34"W, along the North line of said NWI/4NWI/4,626.16 feet to
the Cotton Gin Spike marking the Southeast corner of the Daniel and Catherine Heiner
property, as referred to in the Deed recorded in Book 543PR, on Page 514, with said
Office; thence NI°00'00"E, along the East line of last said property and it's Northerly
prolongation, parallel with the East line of the SW1/4SW1/4 of said Section 8, 417.42
feet to an Aluminum Cap on Iron Pipe; thence N89°39'34"W, parallel with said North
line, 247.06 feet to an Aluminum Cap on Iron Pipe; thence N0°41'14"E, parallel with the
West line of said S1/2SW1/4, 909.38 feet to an Aluminum Cap on Iron Pipe marking a
point in the North line of said S1/2SW1/4; thence S89°38'48"E, along said North line,
1,385.03 feet to an Aluminum Cap on Iron Pipe; thence S1°18'46"W, parallel with the
East line of said Sl/2SWl/4, 909.18 feet to an Aluminum Cap on Iron Pipe; thence
N89o39'34"W, parallel with said North line of said SNWI/4NWI/4, 293.16 feet to an
Aluminum Cap on Iron Pipe; thence SI°00'00"W, parallel with said East line of said
SW1/4SW1/4, 208.71 feet to the Iron Pipe marking the Northeast corner of the Stacey
and Tammy Heiner property, as referred to in the Deed recorded in Book 348PR, on
Page 616, with said Office; thence N89°39'34"W, along the North line of last said
property, parallel with said North line, 208.72 feet to the Iron Pipe marking a point in said
East line of said SWI/4SW1/4; thence Sl°00'00"W, along said East line, 208.71 feet, to
the Point of Beginning, containing 35.805 Acres of land.
SUBJECT TO: A 30-feet wide Right-of-Way Easement, along the South portion of the
above-described Parcel, for Lost Creek County Road 12-120 as referred to in the Right-
of-Way Easement, recorded in Book 169PR, on Page 414, with said Office.

Trustee of the of the Glenn W. FFeiner Family Revocable Trust dated January 15, 1992, described in
and which executed the foregoing instrument; that said instrument was signed and sealed on behalf
of said trust; that said trustee had the authority under the terms of the written trust instrument to
execute the instrument on behalf of the trust; and said trustee acknowledged said instrument to be
the free act and deed of said trust.
