1. qqmt we are the current owners of Lots 38 and 3 9 of the River Ranches Fishing
and Equestrian Estates Subdivision, located in Sections 22 and 27 of Township 35 North, Range
119W, in Etna, WY 83118.
2. Under the Plat and Covenants and Restrictions filed with the County Clerk of
Lincoln County, Lots 38 and 39, either in whole or in part, arc not pm't of any common area of
the River Ranches Fishing and Equestrian Estates Subdivision.

3. We have a commercial permit issued by Lincoln County providing lbr a boarding
of livestock and other animals.
4. We hereby, through this affidavik"do hereby vacate Lots 38 and 39 fi'om the
subdivision kno~ as the River Ranches Fishing and Equestrian Estates Subdivision.
Further the affiants sayeth not.
