P.M., Lincoln Countiy' Wyoming, the metes and bounds being more particularly described as follows' i BEGINNING at the Iron Pipe marking the Southeast corner of the Miller property, as referred to in the Deed recorded in Book 440PR, on Page 720, with said Off ce said Point of Beginning, being 390.00 feet N89°51'54,,E, along the North line of the SW1/4SEl/4, 39000 feet from the B.L.M. type Monument marking the Marlowe A Scherbel PLS 5368, 1994 location for the Northwest Corner of said SWl/4SE1/4; thence N0°36,00,,W, along the West line of said Miller property 135.59 feet to an Iron Pipe marking a point in the South line Lincoln County School District No. 2 properly, as referred to in the deed recorded in book 386PR, on Page 604, with said Office; thence N89°51,54.E, along the South line of said Lincoln County School District No. 2 property, parallel with said North line, 60.00 feet to an Aluminum Cap on Iron Pipe; thence S0°36'00"E, para, IIci with said East line, 135.59 feet to an Aluminum Cap on Iron Pipe marking a point in said North line; thence S89o51,54,,W, alon9 said North line, 60.00 feet, to the Point of Beginning containing 0.187 Acres of land. To be contiguous with the property, as referred to in the deed recorded in Book 559PR, on Page 394, with said Office.
