MODIFICATION OF MORTGAGE
THIS MODIFICATION OF MORTGAGE dated August 7, 2004, is made and executed between Top Flight
Properties, Inc., whose address is P.O. Box 1240, Alton , WY 83110 (referred to below as "Grantor") and First
Interstate Bank, whose address is 104 South Wolcott Street, P. O. Box 40, Casper, WY 82602-0040 (referred to
below as "Lender"). .'
MORTGAGE. Lender and Grantor have entered into a Mortgage dated December 13, 1995 (the "Mortgage") which has been recorded in l_incolo
County, State of Wyoming, as follows:
Recorded in the office of the Lincoln County Clerk in Book ~15 as Instrument No. 812846.
REAL PROPERTY DESCRIPTION. The Mortgage covers the following described real properly located in Lincoln County, State of Wyoming:
Lots 1 and 2 of the Airport Addition to the Town of Aflon, Lincoln County, Wyoming, as described on the official plat thereof
The Real Property or its address is commonly known as Lots 1 and 2 of lhe Airport Addilion to Ihe Town of ANon, Lincoln Coullty, Wyoming Alton,
WY 83110. ~
MODIFICATION. Lender and Grantor hereby modify the Mortgage as follows:
The maturity date is removed indefinitely and the principal amount Is changed to $1,300,000.00.
CONTINUING VALIDITY. Except as expressly modified above, the terms of the original Mortgage shall remain unchanged and in full force and ellect
and are legally valid, binding, and enforceable in accordance with their respective terms. Consent by Lender to this Modilicatk)n (Joes not waive
Lender's right to require strict performance of the Mortgage as changed above nor obligate Lender to make any future modifications. Nolhin9 in this
