releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of thc homestead exemption laws of the state
to wit:
The Easterly Twenty-Five feet of Lots 4 and 5 of Block 9 of Original Town of
Kemmerer, Lincoln County, Wyoming, and forming a rectangular piece of
ground, being part of Lots 4 and 5 in Block 9 in said Town of Kemmerer,
fronting 25 feet on Topaz Street and 100 feet on tl~e Alley in said Block 9, as
surveyed, platted in the records of the Lincoln County Clerk.
SUBJECT, however, to all reservations, restrictions, protective covenants, exceptions,
easements and rights-of-Way of record, in sight, or in use.
