The receipt whereof is hereby confessed and acknowledged, have remised, released, convey and
forever quitclaimed and by these presents do for my heirs, executors and administrators,
remise, release and forever quitclaim unto the said

heirs and assigns, forever, all such right, title, interest, property, possession, claim and demand as I have,
ought to have in or to all the following described premises, to-wit:
A tract of land being part of Section 10, T31N RI 19W of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County,
Wyoming being more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point which is N 89027, E, 2650.00 feet and S 0002' W, 658.50 feet from a
granite rock marking the Northwest Corner of said Section 10;
and proceeding thence S 89020' E, 151.95 feet;
thence South, 198.5 feet;
thence N 89020' W, 152.30 feet;
thence N 0002' E, 198.5 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
LESS AND EXCEPT any land contained in Quitclaim Deed recorded March 21, 1986 in Book
236PR on page 684 of the records of the Lincoln County Clerk.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the
State of Wyoming.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said premises unto the said
Lon David Taylor
heirs and assigns, to his and their own property use and behoof forever. So thai neither I nor any other
person in my name or behalf shall or will hereafter claim or demand any right to title to the premises or
any part thereof, but they and everyone of them shall by these presents be excluded and forever barred.
