EX'x NSION OF OIL AND GAS LEAoE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
THAT WtlBRBAS, a certain oil and gas lease was made and entered into on April 2, 1997 , by and
Duane Harward and Elizabeth Harward, individually and as Trustees of the Duane Harward and
between Elizabeth Harward Trust , as
Lessor(s), and Enron Oil & Gas Company , as Lessee, recorded in
Book 397 , Page 142 of the Public Records of Lincoln County,
Wyoming , covering the following described lands in said County and State, to-wit:
Townsh~ip 26 North, Range 112 West, 6th P.M.
Section 19: SV2SE¼, SE¼SW¼, less a highway tract more fully described in Book 21, Page 143, of the Register
of Deeds, Lincoln County, Wyoming
containing 117.64 acres, more or less;
WHEREAS, the undersigned is an owner of the oil, gas and other mineral rights in and under said lands subject to
said lease; and
WI-t'EREAS, EGG Resources, Inc. is an owner and holder of the
said oil and gas lease, insofar as said lease covers the lands above described; and
WHEREAS, said lease expires in the absence of drilling operations on April 22, 2001 and the
owners desire to have the term of said lease extended;
NOW' THEREFORE, the undersigned, for themselves, their heirs, executors, administrators and assigns, fbr and
in consideration of Ten and more Dollars, in hand paid, the receipt and sufficiency whereof is hereby
acknowledged, does hereby agree that the said oil and gas lease, insofar as it covers the above described land, is
amended by extending the term thereof for an additional period of Four (4) years from and after the
expiration, of the primary term stated therein; and the undersigned hereby grant, demise, lease and let said lands unto
the owner and holder of the lease for said additional period herein specified subject to and in accordance with all of
the other terms, covenants, and conditions of said lease and of any prior modifications or amendments thereof and.
hereby agree that said oil and gas lease as extended hereby is a valid and subsisting oil and gas lease in full force and
effect. This instrument shall cover and bind all interest of the undersigned which may have been acquired subsequent
to the date of the aforesaid oil and gas lease and is intended to further cover and bind any interest which the
undersigned may hereafter acquire by way of reversion or otherwise.
