Banking Corporation, does hereby certify that a certain mortgage b'~ai-ing the'date' 0f July 24, 2001
executed by, William L. Hoopes and Karyn Hoopes, husband and wife, a mortgage conveying a
lien on certain real estate therein described as security For the payment of $20,000.00 which
mortgage was recorded in. the office of the County Clerk and Ex-Officio Register of Deeds o£
Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on the 1st day of August 2001 in Book 469PR of Mortgages,
at Page 721 as document number 874946 mid pertaining to the Following described real estate in
said County, to-wit:
"ALL LANDS DESCRIBED IN SAID MORTGAGE."
The note secured thereby and the aforementioned debt is hilly paid, satisfied, released, and
discharged and in consideration thereof the said mortgagees do hereby release and quitclaim unto the
said mortgagors the premises thereby conveyed and .mortgaged.
1N WITNESS WHEREOF, The Bank of Star Valley has caused the Release of Real Estate
