the following described real estate, situate in Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, hereby
releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the state
to wit:
Lots 2 and 3 of Block 23 to the Town of Diamondville, Lincoln County,
Wyoming as described on the official plat thereof.
ALSO
A parcel of land being part of the vacated alley east of Lots 2 and 3 of Block 23 of the
1942 plat of the Town of Diamondville, Lincoln County, Wyoming and being more
particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the northeast corner of Lot 2 of Block 23 of the 1942 plat of the Town of
Diamondville; thence N 78o50' E, along the extension of the north boundary of said l'.,ot
2, a distance of 10.00 feet; thence S 11°10' E, a distance of 60.00 feet; thence S 78050,
W, a distance of 10.00 feet to the southeast comer of said Lot 3; thence N 11°10' W,
a distance of 60.00 feet to the point of beginning.
