and other good and valuable consideration in hand, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
CONVEY AND WARRANT TO

Husband and Wife as Tenants by the Entireties,

the following described real estate, situate in Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, hereby
releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the state
to wit:
Part of Section 11, T33N Rll8W of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming being
more particularly described as follows:
COMMENCING at a point 1203 feet South of the NW comer of the NW IA SW IA of said
Section 11 and running South 271 feet;
thence East 660 feet;
thence North 271 feet;
thence West 660 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
EXCEPTING THERFROM the land described in Warranty Deed recorded May 24., 2004
in Book 556PR on page 511 of the records of the Lincoln County Clerk.
SUBJECT, however, to all reservations, restrictions, protective covenants, exceptions,
easements and rights-of-way of record, in sight, or in use.
