737442 in Book 300PR of Mortgages, at page 377-384, and mortgaging the follow~g described real estate

PARCEL NO. 1: The Lots Numbered One (I), Two (2), Three (3) aud Four (4) of the block numbered
Fifty-eight (58) of the Second Addition to the Town of Kernmerer, Lincoln County, Wyoming.
PARCEL NO. 2: Lot Four (4), Five (5), Six (6), Seven (7), Eight (8), Nine (9), Ten (10) and Eleven (11) in
Block Sixty-four (64) in the Second Addition in the Town of Kemmerer, Lincoln County, Wyoming.
PARCEL NO. 3: Lot numbered Seven (7) of block numbered Sixty-six (66), in the Second addition to the
Town of Kemmerer, Wyoming, and ALSO
Beginning at the Southeast corner of Lot 6 of Block 66 of the Second Addition to the Town of Kemmerer,
County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, as surveyed, platted and recorded in the office of the Lincoln
County Clerk and Ex-Officio Register of Deeds; thence Westerly along the Soufherly boundary line of said
Lot 6, 140.00 feet to the Southwest Comer of Lot 6; thence Northerly 26.00 feet; thence Easterly parallel to
the Southerly boundary line of said Lot 6, 140.00 feet to the easterly boundary line of said Lot 6; thence
Southerly along the easterly boundary line of said Lot 6, 26.00 feet to the point of beginning.
and in consideration thereof the said mortgagee does hereby release and quitclaim unto the said mortgagor
the premises thereby conveyed and mortgaged.
