Wyoming 83110, and their heirs and assigns, the following described real estate situated in the
County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, more particularly described as follows:

Together with all improvements and appurtenances thereon.
Subject, however, to all reservations, restrictions, exceptions, easements, and
rights:of-way of record
Excluding there from the property described in the Warranty Deed recorded in the
land records of Lincoln County, Wyoming in Book 509 PR at Page 489 as Instrument
No. 886883 on January 13, 2003, attached hereto as Exhibit B and incorporated herein by
reference.
