($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, in hand paid,
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, CONVEY AND WARRANT to DANNY
Y. GRIFF, as Trustee of the Danny Y. Griff Trust dated July 13,
2004, whose address is 62 McGovern Avenue, Kemmerer, Wyoming,
83101, all of Grantors' undivided one-half (½) interest in and to
the following described real estate, situate in Lincoln County and
State of Wyoming, to-wit:
Lot Number Ten (10) in Kemmerer Industrial Park #1, to
the Town of Kemmerer, Lincoln County, Wyoming.
TOGETHER WITH all improvements and appurtenances thereon
situate or in anywise appertaining thereunto.
SUBJECT, HOWEVER, to all reservations, restrictions,
exceptions, easements and rights-of-way of record.
