Grantors, for and in consideration of Ten Dollars
($10.00) and other goOd and valuable consideration, in hand paid,
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, CONVEY AND WARRANT an
undivided one-half (~) interest to DANNY Y. GRIFF, as Trustee of
the Danny Y. Griff Trust dated July 13, 2004, and an undivided one-
half (~) interest to M. SUSAN GRIFF, as Trustee of the M. Susan
Griff Trust dated July 13, 2004, as tenants in common, Grantees,
whose address is 62 McGovern Avenue, Kemmerer, Wyoming, 83101, in
and to the following described real estate, situate in Lincoln
County and State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all
rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the
State, to-wit:
Parcel 1:
Part of Tract 50, T21N Rll6W of the 6th P.M., Lincoln
County, Wyoming being more particularly described as
follows:
Commencing at corner Number 4 of said Tract 50 and
running thence.South 1420.0 feet along a line between
Tracts 50 and 52;
thence East 890.0 feet to a point;
thence South 45.0 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING;
thence continuing South 175.0 feet to a one inch steel
bolt with a two inch hexagonal nut;
thence East 236.7 feet to a one inch steel bolt with a
two inch hexagonal nut, which is also on the Westerly
right of way line of U.S. Highway 30-N;
thence North 13°0' West, 179.7 feet along the said right
of way line to a point;
thence West 195.9 feet to the true point of beginning.
Each point being marked by a steel "T" shaped stake 24
inches long with a brass cap inscribed: "survey point, do
not disturb, RLS 164".; containing an area of .869 acres,
more or less, all in accordance with the map prepared and
filed for record in the Office of the Lincoln County
Clerk, State of Wyoming.
