grantors of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, for consideration of Ten and 00/100's ($10.00)
and other good and valuable consideration in hand, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
CONVEY AND WARRANT TO
KRISTY C. MAYNE, TRUSTEE U/D/T dated August 29, 1996
creating the KRISTY C. MAYNE FAMILY TRUST,
an undivided one-half interest; AND
GARLAND J.MAYNE AND KRISTY C. MAYNE, Husband and Wife,
an undivided one-half interest,
as Tenants in Common
grantees, whose address is 1208 N. 2300 W. Lehi, UT 84042
the following described real estate, situate in Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, hereby
releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of thc homestead exemption laws of the state
to wit:
Lots 2 and 3 of Western Sunset Ranchettes, Lincoln County, Wyoming as described on
the official plat filed June 10, 2003 as Immanent No. 890909 of the records of the
Lincoln County Clerk.
SUBJECT, however, to ~11 reservations, restrictions, protective covenants, exceptions,
easements and rights-of-way of record, in sight, or in use.
