WOOD, a married person grantors of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, for consideration of Ten and 00/100's ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration in hand, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged CONVEY AND WARRANT TO ANDREW G. PARKER, a Single Person, grantees, whose address is 3529 Highway 241 the following described real estate, situate in Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the state to wit: Lots 1, 2, 3 and 4 of Block 12 of the Auburn Townsite, Lincoln County Wyoming as described on the official plat thereof. LESS AND EXCEPT any land contained in Warranty Deed recorded in Book 242PR on page 393 of the records of the Lincoln County Clerk. LESS AND EXCEPT any land contained in Warranty Deed recorded in Book 398PR on page 396 of the records of the Lincoln County Clerk. SUBJECT, however, to all reservations, restrictions, prOtective covenants, exceptions, easements and rights-of-way of record, in sight, or in use. WITNESS our hands this day of August, 2004.
